Nikolas Archontis

Nikolas brings together a multidisciplinary professional background spanning international economic relations and trade, communications and media, and change management and strategic transformation.

Over more than two decades, he has worked across international development cooperation, public institutions, business organisations, entrepreneurial ecosystems and the media. His experience includes leadership roles in export promotion and economic diplomacy, institutional reform, entrepreneurship and ecosystem development, as well as editorial and strategic communications management.

His academic background in International and European Economic Studies and Behavioural and Organisational Psychology complements this professional experience, combining an understanding of economic systems and markets with insights into organisational behaviour, leadership and change.

A defining element of his professional journey has been collaboration with international experts, colleagues, institutions and mentors across different countries and disciplines. At ARCH, he provides strategic direction and connects the knowledge, people and capabilities required for each assignment.
